1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FutureFocus Tech Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) regarding your use of the StoryAI application and website (the “Service”).

By accessing, downloading, or using StoryAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use this Service.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use StoryAI for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy the materials or Service
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on other servers
• Rent, lease, or lend the materials

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and video), is owned by FutureFocus Tech Inc., its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (stories, text, images you create) remains your property, but by uploading content to StoryAI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for the operation and improvement of the Service.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of StoryAI, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account
• Not create multiple accounts or use false information

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use StoryAI to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
• Spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activity
• Violate the privacy or rights of other users
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of the Service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. FUTUREFOCUS TECH INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FUTUREFOCUS TECH INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FutureFocus Tech Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• User-generated content you upload or create

9. Third-Party Links and Content

StoryAI may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Causes for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Harassment or abuse of other users or staff
• Payment failures (for paid accounts)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and content.

11. Payments and Billing

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Pay all fees and charges that you incur
• Pay applicable taxes
• Allow us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
• Inform us of any changes to your payment information

All sales are final. Refunds are made at our sole discretion.

12. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any user-generated content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our community standards. However, we do not actively monitor all content and cannot ensure that all illegal or objectionable content will be removed.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for resolution of any disputes.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration or legal proceedings as permitted by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or prominent posting on the Service.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FutureFocus Tech Inc. regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and understandings.
